- Can I send you a demo? Of course! We love hearing new bands! We have most of our release calendar full for the next 12 months but we always leave a little space just in case something amazing hits our inbox. Send us an email at [email protected] with a link to your demos/mixes and we'll get back to you if we're interested.
- What record labels do you distribute? Currently we're offering releases from Pookout Records, SouthBell, Everything Sucks Music and TNS Records. We are planning to expand our offering to many more labels from around the world.
- Will you distribute records from my label? Sure! I'm always interested in bringing over ska and punk releases from outside of the United States. If you run a label or are in a band and you're looking to release your music here in the U.S. send me an email at [email protected] and let's make it happen!
- How do you choose the releases you offer? There's no exact science. If the first time we hear an album and say "wow" then that's what we're looking for.
- What physical formats do you offer? Vinyl, CD and cassette.
- Do you ship outside the U.S.? Yes! Some of our releases have international distribution in records stores or through other labels but not all of them. If you're in another country and direct shipping from SPI is the best shipping option for the release you want and you don't see it on the website, email us at [email protected] and we'll figure out shipping options with you.
- How long will my order take? Orders that are in stock will ship out ASAP. Orders that are currently in pre-order will ship immediately when they arrive at SPI HQ. Pre-orders shouldn't be more than 3 months however delays with pressing plants do happen so follow SPI on Instagram and Twitter for all the latest updates on pre-orders.
- What if I never received my order? If it's been more than 2 weeks AND your order isn't still a pre-order then send us an email at [email protected] ASAP so we can track down your order and get it to you!
- Do you offer returns? If your order arrived damaged or incorrect we're happy to send you another shipment that is correct. Send us an email with your order number, info about the situation and we'll send you a corrected order ASAP. If that still doesn't reach you correctly we're happy to refund you for the damaged or incorrect products. If your order never arrived and isn't a preorder, please email us at [email protected] so we can get that to you ASAP. SPI Records does not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges unless there is an error with duplicate billing or your order is lost or damaged during shipping.
